Our first experience at Hotel Astrid exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The room and facilities were delightful, and the breakfast was top-notch. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the hotel's prime location, just a short 3-minute walk from the Grotto Sanctuary. This convenience was especially beneficial for our family, including my 83 year old mom. The staff's helpfulness further enhanced our visit, leaving us eager to return. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Astrid to anyone planning a trip to Lourdes.

Location was perfect for us. Everything we needed was at a walking distance. Breakfast had good choices and we both enjoyed it. Room had a balcony and we did not use as the weather was so hot. Will be visiting here next time.

Breakfast was good with a lot of choice : fruit, pancakes, pastries and cooked breakfast. The staff are friendly and some speak excellent English. The hotel is comfortable and very clean. The location is safe and very close to St Joseph's Gate.

The staff were all extremely welcoming particularly the front desk and in the dining area where we had breakfast and dinner on all days. The food was excellent and a good price compared to the restaurants in the area. The position of the hotel is very close to the sanctuary a few minutes walk away.

I didn't have breakfast...but the location was very convenient to visit sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Because of this location I liked the place. I liked Assia..she was a great and helpful person.

Very friendly and accommodating staff lovely clean hotel with great location to the sanctuary . Food in the hotel was lovely great choice for everyone

Location was great shops and restaurants all over the place less than 2 minutes walk work the sanctuary. Very good A/C system. Staff are very accommodating.
